Background:A lieutenant in the German army during World War I, Karin Koenig was ordered to ivestigate the myseterious demon that haunted the village of Domremy, along with Cardinal Nicolai Conrad from the Vatican. After the demon is revealed to be a a man named Yuri Hyuuga, he is cursed with a Holy Relic, "The Holy Mistletoe", and Karin finds herself accompanying him after being betrayed by Nicolai.
Kaarin grows deeply fond of Yuri, and she tried to help him battle the Curse that is slowly killing him. After finding out a mysterious society is bent on altering the world for their own purposes, she fights along side Yuri and their friends to try and stop them. Later on, it is revealed that Karin has deeper ties with Yuri than she thought, due to a photograph she is given.
After the final battle to save the world, Karin is sent to the moon on the whim of an alternate dimension where the battle was fought. She is now trying to figure out why she is there and what happened to Yuri and her friends.
